Ingredients:

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 ripe frozen banana

1/2 cup spinach leaves

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt for a vegan option)

1 teaspoon Barlean’s Forti-Flax

1 teaspoon Barlean’s Organic Chia Seeds

1 tablespoon of Barlean’s Seriously Delicious Blackberry Smoothie

½ scoop vanilla protein powder of your choice (plant based if vegan!)

½ - 1 cup water 

Instructions:

Combine Ingredients: In a blender, add the blueberries, banana, spinach leaves, Greek yogurt, ground flaxseeds, chia seeds, protein powder, Barlean’s Seriously Delicious Blackberry Smoothie, honey or maple syrup (if using), and water. 

Blend Until Smooth: Blend all the ingredients together on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more water until you reach your desired consistency.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding honey or maple syrup. 

Serve and Enjoy: Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with a few fresh berries or a sprinkle of ground flaxseeds if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy the heart-healthy goodness!
